Over the years, I’ve been invited to share my expertise in fertility acupuncture, IVF support, women’s health, pain management, and emotional wellbeing across a range of podcasts, radio interviews, and online publications. Through these open and engaging conversations, I explore how acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine can support people seeking a more holistic approach to fertility, hormonal health, and overall wellbeing. I also share insights into my clinical approach and the role integrative care can play alongside conventional medicine.
I’m always grateful for the opportunity to share the benefits of this remarkable medicine and help raise awareness of how acupuncture can support your health and fertility.
The Evewell Fertility FEATure
Fertility Acupuncture Support for IVF: A Patient Story
For many people, IVF can be one of the most physically and emotionally demanding stages of fertility treatment. Acupuncture is often used both in preparation for IVF and alongside treatment, helping patients feel calmer, more supported, and better able to navigate the demands of the process. In a recent patient story shared by The Evewell Fertility & IVF clinic , my patient, whom had experienced several ectopic pregnancies before seeking Acupuncture support with me, wanted to explore the root causes of her ectopic pregnancies more deeply and optimise her physical and emotional wellbeing. I later introduced her to clinic’s specialist team, and her story reflects the collaborative nature of fertility care. I am grateful to The Evewell for sharing her experience and honoured to be part of their trusted network of complementary practitioners featured in their The Little Burgundy Book, supporting patients alongside fertility specialists throughout their IVF care.
London Writing Guy Podcast
Fertility, Stress & Acupuncture: An Honest Conversation on the London Writing Guy Podcast
Talking about acupuncture and fertility is a complete passion of mine, once that has been developing for over a decade now. But my most recent podcast recording was different. This time I got to converse with my friend and former colleague from my film industry days - The London Writing Guy, on a more personal level. We cover a lot, including more about my personal journey to becoming an acupuncturist, the impact of fertility challenges through a male lens, the impact of stress as well as exploring the complexities of fertility in South-Asian communities, which is topic not explored openly. Too be honest, we barely scratched the surface as there was so much to cover, so some of the topics are discussed generally, but none the less I was very grateful to contribute to this episode and bring this very honest and open conversation to the table.
